Cadence Tech Solutions, LLC operates the Tend AI Receptionist platform, which enables salons, spas, barbershops, and similar businesses to communicate with their customers via SMS and phone. Businesses using our platform may send appointment reminders, follow-ups, promotional messages, and customer care communications to their clients.

SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number to a business using our platform, you consent to receive SMS messages from that business. These messages may include appointment reminders, service updates, and customer support communications.

  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the business. You may receive multiple messages per week.
  • Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Opt-out: To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message at any time. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
  • Help: For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us at contact@cadence-techsolutions.com.
  • Supported carriers: Major US carriers are supported. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all mobile carriers.

Use of Services

You agree not to use our Services to:
